Pricing questions
Many AI platforms and infrastructure providers charge in USD, and a significant part of our work is international. We therefore publish and invoice in USD. UK clients can pay by card or bank transfer, with currency conversion handled by their payment provider.
No. We request payment details only if you choose a hosted plan or approve a paid project after the trial.
We will contact you before the trial ends. You can move to the Hosted plan, commission a broader project, or ask us to remove the widget. If we do not receive instructions, the trial assistant is taken offline.
The plan is designed for a focused FAQ assistant on a lower-traffic website. Higher conversation volumes, multiple languages, CRM integrations, or private knowledge systems require a separately scoped deployment, typically from $899.
Yes. Paid project work begins only after you approve a written scope, defined deliverables, and a fixed price in USD.
